Image SangriaPertama kali minum beberapa tahun yang lalu di Spanyol dan langsung jadi salah satu minuman favorit gue. Sebenernya sih rada mirip fruit punch, cuma alih-alih pake soda water, ini basisnya red wine. Minum di tengah siang yang panas…mmm..segerr..tapi jangan kebanyakan, bisa tipsy dan ngantuk..hehehehe…
Ini resepnya (undang gue ya, kalo ada rencana bikin ;))
bahan:

    * 1 liter red wine

    * 1 cangkir juice orange yg diperes ato buavita orange yg tanpa gula

    * setengah cangkir juice/peresan jeruk nipis/lemon

    * air gula sesukanya (berhubung gue gak suka manis, pakenya cuma 3 sdm dilarutin sama satu cangkir air)

    * irisan apel dan lemon

    * es batu yang banyak

bikinnya:
es batu, wine, dan para juice tadi dituang ke dalem jug masukin air gula, aduk sampe rata cemplungin irisan apel dan lemon udah deh, tinggal diminum..
